Wow! I wish my parents had known about vision training when I was young. It would have helped me learn more in school.



Fortunately, I met Dr. Sikes when I was forty-seven. His guidance with vision training has had a wonderful effect! Reading is so much easier now. And I remember more of what I read. Another unexpected benefit is that my posture has improved. As my vision imbalances were corrected, my body responded. Fascinating! Furthermore, my ability to respond to auditory information while doing something else has improved.



DH was skeptical that vision training would be of benefit so he insisted that I see an ophthalmologist and another behavioral optometrist for a second opinion. I was pleased to learn that there is nothing structurally wrong with my eyes and in middle age they are still close to 20/20. (I have always had good eye sight). The second behavioral optometrist confirmed Dr. Sike’s diagnosis.



Dr. Sikes holistic approach is great! He understands that nutrition impacts eye sight. This is something I learned the hard way and no other optometrist that I have seen grasped. (For years I complained about words moving across the page as if an ocean wave. It wasn’t until I cleaned up my diet that this stopped.)



Furthermore, Dr Sikes understands that VT must be conducted in real space; no video terminals here. To improve vision you need to experience objects and space physically. For this reason, he assigns procedures using string, jacks, pick-up sticks, etc. It’s rather fun. Grab a friend.



I highly recommend Dr Sikes program, no matter what your age. He makes the process fun. The skills you develop in his program will improve the quality of your life no matter what your age.
