I give it one star because I wasn't sure if you can give it 0 stars. Terrible service, people are rude and never answer the phone. The address is 203 sw 153rd st in Burien but they treat you like a bum if you go in with out a appointment. The phone number is 206 838 1767, but when you call they act like " how did you get this number" in a very rude voice. They refer you to a 1800 348 7144 number that never answers, and I mean never. They are paid by our taxes to help people, but act like they really do not want to help anyone. Avoid if you can, terrible place!!
