Provided by YP.comCame in for a simple watch battery replacement. They made a giant scratch on the back of my watch case and the band. The man didn't want to acknowledge his fault, and argued that this was here originally. Will NOT be coming back here ever again.

Provided by YP.comTwice they incorrectly replaced a watch battery, requiring me to take them to a different shop for correction. I will NEVER use this jeweler again.
