THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE EVER; I wish someone would have written an honest review before I tried taking my dog here! I have no clue how they got a 5 star rating MY guess would be that most of the reviews are BY THE OWNERS THEMSELVES trying to get more business! Sure they are cheap (BUT they charge you per calendar day and do not have flexible hours for dropping off or picking up your dog So in reality you usually end up paying for more days than needs to be there) Just know there are places that charge per night and everything is included! If you LOVE your pup you would not leave them there! The whole place smells so bad. They have a dark shack with gloomy wet cold dog runs covered in cedar shavings (Last I checked those are for rodents such as hamsters and Guinea pigs not for dogs)! Plus there is no emergency # for after hours to contact anyone. I ended up bringing my dog to another facility (dog hotel) in Tacoma instead of this place and was completely satisfied with everything!
