Where to begin.....Tony is the least professional person I have ever dealt with. I hired him to remove a number of trees from my property and I have regretted it ever since. I was told the job would take only one day, but since his crew didn't bother showing up until almost 10 in the morning on a Friday, they were forced to finish the following Monday. But in the meantime, they left several downed trees and their bobcat in my backyard over the weekend which was less than ideal since I had family coming into town. While removing trees from my front yard, they cracked my concrete walkway, damaged a 5 foot-tall apricot tree, ripped up several sections of landscape edging, and cracked a couple bricks that were surrounding another tree. The worst part is probably that no one even bothered to tell me about the damage. I didn't notice it until I went out to water on Saturday morning. When I told Tony about the damage and how upset I was that no one had informed me when it happened, he didn't really seem concerned. In fact, he tried to convince me that some of the concrete on my walkway was already damaged. But perhaps the most unprofessional act of all, was when he looked me up and down and told me I was the prettiest girl he'd seen in a long time. I could go on and on, but I hope this is enough for you to reconsider ever hiring this company. Please avoid Tony's Tree Service at all costs! A Cut Above or Fitness Tree Service are better and more reputable options.
