Burbank is a very small town, just outside Vermillion, SD. I annually go to Vermillion and asked the Sinclair gas attendant where is the best place for South Dakota beef and he told me to go to Whimp's which is just a little ways out of town. It is a fabulous local hang out and I was not disappointed with my steak!! I have been coming back for three years and always make a point to stop here. It is the kind of place a trip advisor subscriber would LOVE to know about. I would suggest that you list it under "Vermillion, SD" because no one but locals will know where Burbank is.
