Very polite. We mixed up our nights when booking online but they let us stay the correct night at no extra cost. It's our second time staying there and we have no complaints. Very good location! Price is the best for the quality.

We returned to MDW New Year's Eve -- 10:00pm by the time we got our bags. My car was parked at the Best Western. It's 7 degrees, snowing, and there's a 90-minute wait for a cab. My sister is not well and waiting in a wheelchair. Called the Best Western for suggestions. The helpful clerk gave me the phone number of the cab company they use, but that didn't help. I'm out of ideas. Called the Best Western again. Willy, an employee, offered to drive his personal car to the airport and pick us up. You can't imagine how grateful we were to see him drive up! We hadn't eaten in many hours and everything in the area was closed. Willy knew of a nearby McDonald's that was open, and drove us through the drive-thru. With Willy's help, we got the last available double-bedded room at the hotel. A hot shower and clean bed felt awesome that night! Willy, and all the other staff we dealt with, were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again

Affordable large rooms. Nice pool and hot tub

For my family visit to the Chitown area, I had to be near Midway for an easy departure on Southwest. Chicago was daunting, BW Inn & Suites memorable. Hot spa, brkfst both delightful! Stay here I will!

I really enjoyed my stay at the best western hotel. They had good customer service and was very polite. The rooms were very clean and I couldn't think of a better place to stay when I come back. The rooms are affordable and your right next to everything you need. I give the best western a A plus plus.

Spent a night at this hotel. Everything was clean and the quality of everything was good. The bathroom even had a very long, higher quality counter/sink with a decorative mirror. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel had a nice size pool and whirlpool and the air was very warm in the pool area. I enjoyed swimming several times while there for several nights. It's within walking distance of several nice restaurants (not too expensive), a grocery store/drug store, Toys-R-Us and several other stores. Kohl's and Wal-Mart was just a short drive.

The amenities are very nice and the staff are always smiling and look professional. They are helpful with everything that you need and it's very accessible to everything i.e. mall, gas stations, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

This hotel is an excellent choice! It is only 11 miles from downtown Chicago, without the huge expense. The traffic isn't that bad as the only roads utilized are Cicero Avenue and Interstate 55. The hotel itself is family owned, and my wife and I always stay here when in the Chicago area. It has a nice pool, whirlpool and continental breakfast. Also, the location is superb, as we are only a few minutes away from anything we need. Finally, the staff are very nice and professional.

My husband and I spent four nights at this hotel and it's one of the best in Burbank, IL. The manager tried best to satisfy us. She walked me to the room to see if I would like it and made us feel very comfortable. Best prices and manager. I enjoyed my stay, the room, the swimming pool, the sauna and the continental breakfast. Convenient location, really close to Chicago downtown and Burbank/Midway airport. You're the best.

Excellent staff and atmosphere. Price is just right. Convenient to the city also. Breakfast is a good continental type breakfast. The swimming pool is very inviting. Great entrance to the hotel. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Even bars and clubs if you're of age.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. I must say i was impressed. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and great breakfast that include fresh waffles.
