I went here after a bike ride....

I went here after a bike ride. There's some great bike routes along these roads into Griffith Park. Chips and salsa and deeelicious but the food was mediocre. I thought my carnitas dish was a bit dry, which means it may have been sitting out a while. Plenty of parking next to the Pickwick bowling, and it's next to a horse ranch so if you love horses stop by.

On my second visit after another bike ride, I had the albondiga (meatball) soup and a beef taco. The soup was good, but the taco was kinda meh. I'd have the soup again.

They had a band playing some odd music...definitely not just mexican, because I'm pretty sure I heard traditional italian and polka too.

Live real country music with great Mexican food!

This place is a favourite among me crew. We come here on Friday nights, get a big table, order a lot of authentic Mexican food, a few beers and listen to the live traditional country music. It's a lot of fun! The burritos are fantastic as well as other plates. Honestly, we're there for the whole vibe.
