STAY AWAY FROM JEANETTA. Dealing with her was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. She left me without a veil 9 days before my wedding and screamed at me until I walked out of her shop.



It took her 7 months and me continuously begging to pick up my wedding dress to finally get it from her (yes, 7 months). When I did pick it up, it was completely botched. I cried myself to sleep.



She assured me that if I was still unhappy she would give me a refund (I had already paid in full). After cancelling and pushing pickup over and over again. I was finally ready to see my dress again (10 days before my wedding). She texted that day saying that I had a $140 balance. Jeanetta added a mysterious balance to my account after I told her I was unhappy with the botched alteration job. She told me nothing is free and she forgot to charge me last time even though the memo on my check said "remaining balance" when I paid her. She claimed she "forgot to ask me" when I picked up my dress the first time.
