Alex with Global Auto Transport was absolutely fabulous. Called him on a Thursday, and 3 vehicles were picked up on Friday. He said he would do his best getting these vehicles from so. Cal to tampa, fl., and he came through. Vehicles arrived in Florida on Monday. This company is A+ . Thanks Global Auto Transport!

DO NOT use this transportation company. My fiancé and I booked in advance for transport paid deposit established pickup time and location and when we flew from a Texas to California to complete service it was a disaster. They never called to confirm pickup and when we reached out to them they flat out lied and put us on hold for 30 minutes or more at a time. When I finally spoke with a representative Alvara A. Was his name he flat out told me they had all day to complete pickup. I then asked him if he could provide a timeframe he got out said no and the it would be sometime today which could be 8-10 hours from then. In the end a manager/supervisor finally told us after 2 hours of waiting in a parking lot for the pick up that the driver was not coming and that they had basically overbooked and they could complete the transfer in 2-3 days which was not possible with our schedule. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Flatout unprofessional. Do not utilize this company, spare yourself the headache.

Had my car moved from Los Angeles to Omaha without any issues.Very communicative,fair price and Mike always handled my emails promptly.

No issues with pick/drop off.No issues with the car after transport.The only reason I give 4 stars is because Chelsea was a little hard to get a hold of in the beginning of the process, but overall Iam pleased with results. She was very attentive and honest and kept me informed along the whole process, Very nice to deal with and would recommend her highly.

As of my first time using car transport services my overall experience was average. got a fair shipping price and scheduled my pick up with Arthur. He offered me by next 2 days pick up it was worked for me so booked my order with him. my driver picked my car in the same day but he delivered 2 days later than promised on contract.

I had a great shipping experience with this car shipping company. all the process done on its perfect way. I would like to thanks from my sales representative Chris! he was so patient and when i was asking a question he was explaining the point clearly. I would use this guys again.
