Installed speakers years ago. Under warrantee and had to replace them. They were quick and done in half the day.

The speakers in my wife's Honda Odyssey were in bad shape so for her birthday I was looking to surprise her by replacing them. I went to Al and Ed's on Victory because it's close to my house and I wanted to get the speakers bought and installed and get the car back home before she noticed it was even gone. The guys were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and got me some great speakers at a fair price, installed them, explained them to me and let me try them out to make sure I was satisfied, and got me out of there in about an hour total. She was surprised and loved the speakers... really great experience all around!

Called and made an appointment to have an IPod compatible system installed in my car. At the time of my call I specifically asked if they had the part in stock, I was placed on hold while the guy checked...he came back to the phone and said the part was in stock and confirmed my appt. I left work early the next day and made my appt right on time. I walked in and told the guy in the office why I was there and he proceeded to tell me he did not show an appt in my name, that their day was fully booked, and furthermore he knew for a a fact that they did not have the part needed in stock. What added insult to injury was his claim that I was lying because he was the only one there the day before and that he had not spoken to me, suggesting that I must have the wrong business. I proceeded to look up the placed calls in my cell phone, and re-dialed the only number I had called about this service, and low and behold, the phone in front of him started ringing. Rather than being apologetic and offering to fit me in since I was losing 1/2 day's work, he was rude!!!!! I wish I could give this business less than 1 star as they deserve a -10 at least.
