This is a place I will never go back to. Had to wait a week to get my dog in. Then had to leave him there for 3 hours and when I show up 20 mins early so my dog wouldn't have to wait on me. I was meet with a lot of attitude. So after she had my dog for 3 hours I get back and she had not even started to cut his hair. Then tells me to wait another 15 mins and the cut looks rushed and far from even. So paid her 45 dollars to have to take my dog to a different place to get a good cut.

I LOVE Best Friend's! Nancy is very kind and patient with all of the animals and the place is immaculate, no stinky odors here! Highly recommend this grooming salon. Did I mention how reasonably priced she is? The best price and the best care, in my opinion. I hope to do business for many years to come!
