If we could give them no stars, we would. When we purchased the home, the pool had a big algae problem. At first, The Pool Store seemed to be genuinely concerned and seemed to be doing a good job. Then the weekly service became nothing more than netting the top of the pool and adding a few chemicals. We paid them over $1000.00 and the pool quickly became full of algae again. We fired them and my husband started taking care of it himself. We quickly saw that even in the extreme AZ temps, the pool was easily kept clean and clear when taken care of properly - which needs to include back-flushing, brushing and cleaning the filters regularly.

Great customer service. I went in after going to Leslie's in Fort Mohave and was sold $150 worth of chemicals that didn't do the job and was advised to use one product that handled the situation. I didn't have much faith in the water clearing up til I went there. Now I started route service and have not had anything but good things happen.

Does not complete acid wash satisfactory. Left the deep end dirty. Weekly service isn't done. They sign off on the ticket but don't do the service. Quotes a price and then raises it.

All around poor customer service
