We had them fo our landscaping for over three years, did a great job, then beginning this year they started slacking off. When we would call it was always empty promises. They charged us for months they never went. They promised to reimburse us and never followed through. We had to pay another landscaper to bring our property back to the conditin that meets the HOA standards. Shame on Julio and his staff.

I'm posting for my elderly mother. Several months back my mother hired them to bring gravel for her yard. While there, they pulled out 4 bushes and plants, which they were not to do. They inspected a perfectly good tree and said it had to come down then changed their story. They stole all the posts and turnbuckle that were attached to said tree. They weren't supposed to even touch the tree. My mother contacted the office and was told that the foreman didn't get the info to the workers correctly. And they've since thrown all her supplies away as trash. They were connected to the tree. They refused to replace or refund for damage and theft. The office lady even signed a paper stating they were in the wrong. Absolutely NO resolution. Unless you want your yard ripped out by an incompetent crew, do not use them. They refused to do anything to rectify.

I posted a review last week but must say the people at Colorado River has gone above and beyond to resolve my issue. Between Haley and Julio's personal attention to me I have totally changed my mind about the way they make the customer feel they are the ones that matter. They will start doing my work next week and I have no doubts that it will be a very pleasant experience. Thank you for proving your compassion to the customer.

This landscaper is very reasonable and does an exceptional job. The crew of men work together like a well-oiled machine; as if they can read each others' minds. It's fascinating to see them work so efficiently. We have a VERY steep hill in our backyard and they are landscaping it beautifully as a natural setting with huge boulders outlining the bottom of the hill (no wall for us!). A job that we thought would take more than a week was done in three days. Can't say enough about this landscaper.
