I have to say that I will never use another florist in Bullhead City again! I sent flowers to my mom from another state, so I was not really sure what she would get. I wanted ones that would have a nice fragrance, and the man at the business (would that be Chuck?) and I discussed what they had available.
The delivery was attempted a few times, since my mom was not home, with voicemails left for her too, so they could get the flowers to her before they closed for the weekend. When she finally called the shop, the flowers were delivered within 10 minutes. I was sent a picture of them, and they are GORGEOUS!!!!!! Much more than I expected, with service that went way "above and beyond" what I have experienced when ordering other flowers (not just in Bullhead City)!!!!!!
Almost a week later, and she is still just delighted with them!
Big thanks to Bullhead City Florist for helping make a 91 year old lady enjoy her birthday!

My order was not delivered on time so the person was not home, when they did get it the arrangement was not at all what was pictured online. I know they need to substitute sometimes but it says it will be equal value. Missing roses and tulips, substitution carnations and daisies. NOT EQUAL VALUE!

Bullhead city Florist is by far the nicest most classy shop in the Bullhead/Laughlin area. We had sent flowers to our mother that lives in the Bullhead area from another shop located in town. These flowers were so awful that we were embarrased that we even sent them. I called and spoke with Chuck from tBullhead Cith Florist and explained the situation and eventhough it was not his shop's mistake he was more than willing to rush an order to our mother. When the flowers got to my mothers house she took a picture and sent them to me. They were BEAUTIFUL! I strongly recommend Bullhead City Florist to anyone and everyone. There is something to be said for a business that still operates from the heart! Thank you Chuck for saving the day and for being so kind! I will be calling soon!

Chuck at The Bullhead City Florist is THE MAN!!! I just got married at Laughlin Ranch Golf Club last weekend, and I live in California, so I had never even met Chuck...was merely referred by Reverend Harden. I have to say I was a little nervous about how the flowers would turn out, as all our communication was via E-mail and the phone...I sent pictures of things I liked and merely gave descriptions, and Chuck listened to everything I said and put something together even better than what I envisioned! Also, my mother-in-law dropped the vases I wanted to use off two days prior to my wedding, and they were about twice as big as what Chuck expected, but he made it work - and didn't charge me any extra! I would HIGHLY recommend The Bullhead City Florist!
