The inspector who inspected the home I was purchasing was friendly, helpful, and eager to explain the areas of my future home which needed the most attention.

Everyone at Sure Thing was extremely courteous and professional. From the minute we scheduled the inspections (had 4 - house, termite, mold, and radon) all the way through the reports, there was someone, a real person, there to assist us. Our emails and phone calls were answered in a very timely manner and the answers were always knowledgeable and concise.
