Mon March 12, 2018. Called three times phone rang and rang and rang. Each time after about 15 rings, phone went to dial tone. Web pg says they are open on Monday but no one answered. I had a great experience with Hiline Golf Cart. I have been doing my due diligence for several weeks checking different places. Came to see this group on a afternoon end of September 2016. They gave me a great tutorial on golf carts, batteries and chargers. I drove 4 different carts and then thought about it for a couple of days. I went to several more places then went back to Hiline. Dee, Jeff and Jack were fantastic. It was delivered today on Oct. 7. Another great tutorial on care of the batteries! Very happy customer! Thank you so much, Barbara

No stars. Took Yamaha golf cart on Tuesday 7/26 to have sped up. Told me $75 to do it but that would include a once over the cart and it would take about an hour. Went to pick cart up on Wednesday and told me there was a problem with my batteries (which were brand new). Told me he hasn't had time to work on it but yet when I pulled up, he was standing beside his truck drinking beer. Said he needed more time to figure it out but I could take it at no charge now. I asked if he had the computer hook up to make it faster and he said he could get it. Told him I would be back from out of town on Tuesday 8/2 and just to get it fixed. Calls me Friday 7/29 and says he doesn't have hook up to make it faster. Charged me$25 and didn't even do what I took out in for. Got cart back dirty like it had been left outside the whole time. Will never take cart backto this guy. Rude and has no clue what customer service is.
