They did an excellent job on installing our new metal roof and gutters. They were great to work with and had are very conscientious and courteous crew. Chris is very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. We are very pleased.

E.S.T. Construction replaced our roof at our lake house located at Lake Limestone recently. Chris is a true professional and was very detailed in explaining how they would install our new metal roof, the materials they would use, time required for the installation, and a clear itemization of the costs. The installation crew arrived on time, were very professional, started to work immediately and were very timely in completing the entire job of removing the old shingles, replacing all water damaged wood, and installing our new metal roof, including replacing wood fascia with hardy board. We could not be more satisfied with our new roof and the quality of work provide us by E.S.T. Construction, Chris, and his crew. We have received continued complements from people seeing the improvements that our new metal roof made to our property. We highly recommend employing Chris and E.S.T. In February of this year (2012), EST did extensive work on our house. They replaced a leaky and altogether unsatisfactory roof with R-panel, as well as attaching gutters and downspouts all the way around. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. The work was undertaken less than a week after the bid was made. Their workers showed up punctually every work day and worked like Trojans. C.W. Holmes had the patience of a saint when it came to answering our many, many questions (some of which didn't even pertain to the work they were doing!). C.W., Ron, and Chris exemplified a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. At no moment did we think they were doing any less than their best work. They were respectful of their employees at all times (which is important to me). I am confident that they gave us the best possible deal on this amount of work. I was EXTREMELY impressed that they went to the trouble to come back out and secure one part of the roof against a determined squirrel....at no charge to us, even though it was not their problem or responsibility. Just compassionate, I suppose. I would recommend them to anyone seeking roofing services, and they'll be the first business we call for any work in the future!
