SOS security represents ADT as a reseller...typical high pressure sales coupled with a 2nd rate alarm installation made for a terrible experience! The installation person Paul did a horrible job with my installation...he had to come back 4 times and I still had problems with false alarms and problems with arming the system. My house was completely open inside being a new build so the installation couldn't have been easier. On one of the floors he installed the wires on ceiling joists so now everything has to be re wired so I can put my ceiling up! The corporate office of ADT has had to come out to check this resellers work 2 times because of all the false alarms I have been having. I found out that because of the size of my house that I need a larger control box with more zones. SOS has hooked too many sensor from different floors to each individual zone thus making it very difficult to tell where the problem is coming from.
