I was visiting Buffalo and ended up with a flat tire while completely lost. My car was towed to Pinnacle Automotive late on a Friday evening. Upon returning the following morning I learned the shop was closed until Monday. However, after a few phone calls a nice man named Joe stated he would have one of the employees go to work, unlock the gate and fix my tire. Shortly afterwards an employee named Jordan arrived and replaced my tire at a very, very low cost. Jordan was amazing! He literally ran from place to place in order to replace my flat tire and get me back on the road for my long 14 hour drive home. I highly recommend this place! The owner and employees are very helpful and friendly, even on their days off!!
