Kay Jewelers sure knows how to lose business. When people on their end don't do their job you pay for it. Then the workers lie to you. I had to send my white gold rings out to get re dipped. It takes about a week and a half for you to get them back then the person who worked on my rings didn't do their job correctly and had to get sent back out they said it would be a couple days and put a rush on it. A couple days later they just sent my rings out so now I have to wait just about the same about of time. My husband or myself will never buy from kays again. Beyond annoyed and such an inconvenience.

This store is also one of my favorites to get jewelry from.Their jewelry is beautiful
