Had an appraisal done by John Good of Independent Appraisal Service that was misleading and inaccurate. Mr Good did an appraisal and stated that it was done by Age, Size, and Site location, however he compared houses in different municipalities that were over double the age of the house that was for sale. He also listed sale prices of houses on his comparison that had false information. I urge you to bring your business elsewhere.
