I felt hustled, was talked to like I knew everything about brakes. Detected a neg attitude on the part of the sales rep. I decided not to have work done and I wondered what I would have to pay to get out... Sure enough they came out and said the lug nut busted off. $30+ ... I wouldn't be surprised if they broke it so they could charge me. Won't ever buy from them again!

I have been a customer since I had my 1978 Mazda GLC back in 1981 and bought my first set of ARRIVA tires... all 4... a big investment for a college kid. I think I paid $28.95 each plus installation. My son just had all 4 tires replaced that were incorrectly sized on his 2004 Mercury Sable. This error caused sracping against the wheel well. Goodyear replaced all 4 tires...no questions asked. They know me by name since I also buy 4 snows x 2 autos. If you live in Buffalo it is the best thing to do. If you buy a new car negotiate snows mounted on wheels to save $$$ on mounting / dismounting costs. This will give you 100,000 miles ++ over 4 years / 8 seasons between the 2 sets of tires. It makes a huge difference in driving safely in all conditions when you have the right tires & alignment. Save $$$ Save LIVES... buying tires is a "Guy Thing" so gentlemen buy the women in your life news tires to show how much you love them!
