The staff are extremely friendly and have a relaxing atmosphere (calm music, offer refreshments) . I go to Face Fitness Skin Care for waxing and they do an excellent job. They make you comfortable and do a thorough job when waxing (making sure to tweeze anything that is missed). I have been going there for about 5 years now and I love it!
