Dr. Natasha Fajardo is a board-certified family physician serving the South Florida community. Dr. Fajardo is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. A native of Cuba, Dr. Fajardo began her medical education at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba where she specialized in general comprehensive medicine. She then completed her family medicine residency at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo where she received the Outstanding Service Award in recognition for her valuable contributions to the program. The family medicine residency program at SUNY is the second oldest in the country and New York State’s largest family medicine residency, exposing Dr. Fajardo to an excellent training environment that helped to refine her skills and continue developing her expertise for a successful family physician career. Dr. Fajardo joined Baptist Medical Group in 2011 to work as a hospitalist and emergency medicine doctor. During her time within the Baptist network, she also served as associate professor of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Florida International University. In 2014, Dr. Fajardo joined PrimeHealth Physicians as a co-owner and worked for MDS in South Florida. After 2 years at a group practice, she has now opened her private practice delivering the best personal care and family medicine services to all of her patients in South Miami.
