Talked with the owner about my...

Talked with the owner about my project. he said he would get out to the project site withing one week. called a week later to be told "oh, I forgot". He wasted a whole week i didn't really have. told him to get lost. what a jerk.

They were very pleasant to work with. The interior designer helped me choose the right granite color for my kitchen and the installers did a terrific job. Overall good experience, would highly recommend.
