Unimpressed.

Purchased flowers in line for a funeral, flowers depicted had white lilies, white roses,

Spider chrysanthemums, and bells of Ireland in the arrangement.

I paid for an upgrade. Hope ing an extra rosé, or lily would be added.

What I got were, funky yellow lilies, some other kind of filler, yellow & green.

Tho I was told it was lovely, not what I was looking, or paid for.

Lesson learned, follow up with this florist to confirm any substations that that are considering making( which on their website they clearly state they will if need be).

A conversation would have been best to confirm that the florist vision was appropriate, and the purchaser will be pleased with florist "vision"

This was not a rush order, they had 24hrs to communicate any changes.

Plus $11.00 for handling fees seems a bit steep.
