Owner ignores your calls unless you call from a number other than your own and will quickly rush you off the phone. This company performs costly maintenance without your consent and takes it out of your rent. If you're paying for landscaping you're getting ripped off, the work isn't being done.

this place is poorly managed. they send maintenance men in thuggish civilian clothes with no credentials and keys to your house unannounced to walk right in and scare the poop out of you. when things break they take months to fix them. when you move out they will steal your security deposit no matter how good you clean it. the owner and employees should feel ashamed of themselves for leading terrible greedy lives
