I went there several times for micro-needling to deal with some facial scars. I saw several techs over my visits, and all were wonderful and competent. They made sure the experience was painless and pleasant. And they were less expensive than other places! I absolutely recommend them based on my experience

Very friendly and welcome atmosphere. Intelligent and caring personnel. They offer various medical, neurological, nutrition, aesthetic and many other services. Their MD, Dr. Haggen, is the best in town. He spends good amount of time to listen carefully to my health concerns. He is also a good diagnostic professional. Their lab performs all needed tests. They have ultrasound services in the office as well. One stop shop! Lana is biofeedback magician who helped me to understand my cognitive health, and the ways how to improve it. Massage therapists are the best, They offer different type of massages, from deep tissue to light prego. Highly recommend!

First class service, beautiful facility, highly experienced staff. I Would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a series of treatments on Groupon. I had to return them all because the technician that I whom I always have in the past been going to is Jane.

I was not able to have treatments during the month of January so I scheduled in advance for weekly during February. Over the past month I have not been able to see her even though I had several appointments made in advanced for weekly treatments. Each time I have arrived for the scheduled appointment canceled with the tech that I request. They state the tech is overbooked. No phone calls or attempts to contact me that scheduling changes. Every time I arrive and they want to force me on another technician whom I do not know. I am only comfortable with the tech that I have been going to. Even though I stated and it was confirmed that I want to be with the tech I prefer.

Lack of follow through.

Lack of customer service- the receptionist just stared at me with a blank face the entire time I was talking to her.

In that office since I have been going there is to much turn around of employees.

Management skills are poor.

The person whom is creating an atmosphere that is no pleasurable and this lack of efficiency, inconvenience, Is the head person Victoria. If the head of the management does not care for clients why would you spend money on it.
