My dog has had problems with scratching her skin and loosing the hair around her eyes. Dr. Lewis has been great!!! She's thorough and very conscientious...she really cares about my dog's problems. I really enjoy talking to her and feel that she knows her stuff. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off and that her recommendations are truly necesary and in the best interest of my pet. Guess what....my dog's problems have been fixed due to her diligent efforts. She is the best!!!!!

I brought my new puppy to another animal hospital first because the shelter gave me a coupon. The vet spent less than ten minutes with me, and tried to get me to give half a dozen vaccines all at once. A friend recommended Country Court Animal Hospital, and it was such a difference! The vet sat down with me and talked for over half an hour, going over everything I'd need to know about caring for her, and not just shots and getting her fixed, but how to housebreak her, teaching her to let me trim her nails, everything! They found a parasite the other vet had missed, and she stopped having to go out every two hours. I got her spayed there, and the scar is tiny! She came out bouncing and wagging, but then, she loves everyone there -- and so do I!

Dr. Dornhoff is a con-artist!!!! When I took my brand new puppy to country court animal hospital she said she had a parasite. Well 5 appointments and $700 later "she still had it" according to the doc. Hmmm funny when I took her to another vet there was no sign of this "parasite" On top of that when I went to check out Dr. Dornhoff thought it was cute to tack on uneccesary items! After I told the receptionist I never wanted this or that she had to flag down Dr. D. and Let me tell ya Dr. D was pissed and furious and insited I should buy the extras. No way!!! Each time i went there she always tried to tack on extras! ridiculous!!!! I would never go to Country court animal hospital or reccommened them to anyone!!!!

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I work at a hospital with sick patients on a day to day basis and in all my time working, I have never been treated in such a manner of heartlessness. The Tech's and Dr.'s all had smug “I'm better than you attitudes” insinuating if you don’t like it than leave. I thoroughly explained the ailments wrong with my pet and when I went to pick her up no one even knew I had a pet there and were unaware of all the signs and symptoms brought up numerous times before dropping her off. THEY MIGHT KNOW HOW TO TREAT ANIMALS BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE OR ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW TO BRING THEIR PET THERE.
