On three different occasions I took my family there and we had their special $12.95 after 5:00 PM. When the bill comes it was charged $13.95.

They blame it on the computer. Three times in tree different months?



If you go there, check your prices.

My husband and I stopped by for their matzah ball soup which we think is great. HOWEVER, I ordered the reuben sandwich and was violently ill within 4.5 hours and had to stay home from work for a full 2 days to recover. It was either the sauer kraut or the 1000 island dressing (i'm guessing it was the dressing). It will be a long time before we go back there again (if we ever do) and we've been long-time customers. I will be writing the restaurant a letter regarding this.

We recently had a party of 7 for breakfast - our food arrived, but no toast. I pointed this out to the server and she said that the toaster was broken and the cook refused to make toast on the grill. The toaster was either fixed or replaced and toast was delivered to our table, but by then our entrees were basically finished.There didn't seem to be any manager present who could have rasolved this quicker. Strike one.
