As a first time client, I was made to wait 30 minutes before walking out. No one was at the front desk and no one spoke with me during that time to offer an explanation. Needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Very high priced. Spent over $800 on a pair of progressives. Pearle charged me $350.



Intial $250 frames didn't even fit behind my ear. They were very uncomfortable. The replacement frames they gave me were $100 cheaper but I wasn't refunded the difference. The pair of lens aren't very good. Complete eye strain in my left eye so they're useless to me. Had to go the Pearle to have them done right.



Alan Mihaly forced me to buy a pair of replacement frames I didn't even select. He complained that I emailed the office 2 times as if it was unheard of. He didn't want them spending anymore of their time on me. Mihaly was very rude and I will never shop there again.
