I will never use Buena Park enterprise due to poor customer service. Colleen asst mgr was rude and not very helpful. Apparently, she believes that by smiling and apologizing she can be less than helpful. She would not accept a debit card because I didn't live in Buena Park or La Mirada. i wasn't informed about that rule when I booked the car rental. When I asked her for a ride to the Anaheim office she flatly said no that all her cars were busy. One car had returned and the car was sitting in their parking lot! I spoke with the manager Anthony Kelley and he was gracious enough to give me a ride to the Anaheim enterprise office. I will continue to do business with enterprise thanks to Mr Kelley.

Very professional staff. Made you feel valued and made sure I had a ride back to my destination. Would defintiely recommend this location.

My father did not want to drive a minivan for our Thankgiving out-of-town trip, so I had to cancel a pretty good deal and started my rental reservation all over again 2 days before our trip! I was expecting that it would be difficult for me to find the car we want in a reasonable price, but the Exterprise website showed that I could still get the Standard SUV we want at this Buena Park location with very low weekly rate. So I reserved the car through their website in a minute.

2 days later, I went with my father to their office. Both their office and parking lot were small and crowned, but the people there were nice and strive hard to meet your need. Within 10 minutes, we were offered Ford Explorer, but I preferred Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. Therefore, they allowed us to wait as long as we want for the one and only Hyundai Santa Fe they had to be returned. No pushy word, no rash decision. They even allowed us to look around with other type of cars and answered all the questions we had.

Finally, after one hour of waiting, we took the Ford Explorer they first offered because the Hyundai Santa Fe has been scratched and damaged by the previous renter and cannot be rented. It turned out that the Ford Explorer met our need much better because we had a lot of luggage. The Ford Explorer they rented to us was clean and well maintained, and driving it was much easier and much enjoyable than we thought. We really liked this SUV, and really enjoyed this renting experience. When I returned the car, the return process was quick and hassle free. I will definitely go back to them for my next rental need.

We have used this office twice recently and are beyond pleased with their customer service and efficiency. After a horrible experience with Hertz, we were concerned that experience would carry across this industry. We have friends who have also patronized thie Buena Park office and are in total agreement with our opinion.

The vehicle was dirty from inside the glasses were very dirty you could not see outside at night time problem mechanical with the vehicle I told the associate before I took the car out about the it she say it was fine but it was not car was shaking i had same experience with the same vehicle and when I brought the car back I told the others employee about that and they just gave me a bunch of excuse and it wasn't really cool the vehicle was not renal ready i was a regular renter but after this I would not go back to this location or recommend this location .

My first time experience at this location left me disappointed. I had reserved a vehicle that wasn't there when I had arrived. It took them an hour to get me out. When I returned to drop off the vehicle it took them another hour to get me out. Customer service wasn't an issue it was the professionalism that needs improvement. This is just my experience and hopefully yours is better. However I strongly recommend the enterprise in Anaheim near Disneyland.

I've rented from them a few times in the last month or so a have been very satisfied. They have me in and out in no time. Drop me off quickly. The employe's are very nice and efficient

Iwas picked up promptly, my car was ready, they took care of the paperwork in under 5 min.

All in all, a good time was had by all...
