Terrible customer service from the beginning. Management is never "available" to help. Once I finally reached an "assistant manager" she actually hung up the phone when I told her I'd have to file a complaint with the BBB for lack of service. I canceled my service after the second week and they still haven't picked up their trash can almost a month later. They keep saying "you're on the list". Won't let me talk with management. My neighbors are complaining about the can sitting out for almost a MONTH! AAA doesn't care. I did not receive the service I paid for for the 2 weeks and I'm still not able to be done with them because they won't come pick up their can.

Worst Service I have ever used. There customer service was just sad. They were over charging and would refused to credit my account or give me a refund for the over charges. Use at your own risk.

Been using this service for 7 years. Never had any problems with them. Their rates are very reasonable, they always pick up the trashearly in the morning and are very friendly on the phone when I call to pay. Just wanted to add my experience, because I am not sure how so many people are having such bad experiences. A lot of people in my neighborhood use AAA.

Hasn't picked up my trash in two weeks, won't return my calls. I'm sure I owe money for service, but *I* have to call them because they don't send me a bill and don't auto bill. The 13 year old kid who mows my lawn does auto bill. It's 2017. Six years I've had to call multiple times a year to pay whatever I owe and then I pay ahead for the next few bills so I don't have to deal with them. Done dealing with them anyway. Republic Trash Service gets my business starting next week.

2 weeks ago, I cancelled service with another company to support the local guy at AAA. Well... 2 weeks goes by and they haven't picked up my trash even though I have it on the curb ready for them. So then I call 4 more times to request please can someone just come get my stupid trash?! Lots of excuses... wrong address blah blah.... WELL then they finally get my trash but they also throw away my trash can as well. I call to tell them about it and they basically called me a liar and they will not be giving me one of their cans unless I pay for it. Do NOT use this company for your trash service people! Waste of my time and money!

They have picked up 4 times in the past 4 months! I have called several times and customer service doesn't think it's a big deal. Apparently, they have no way of contacting guys in field (No cell phones?) so they can't help me until tomorrow (I called at 8AM). Left claim to BBB.

I don't know what it takes to make some people happy! I see some bad reviews for AAA but I have never seen a better service than that which they provide. If you aren't happy with AAA, try some of the other services in the area and you may want to change your bad review. Thanks AAA!!!

I set up service 9/1/15. They have missed my pickup 2 times already and still haven't received the container I already paid for and cannot tell me why.

Horrible customer service! I've had service for 2 weeks. I put my trash out in the same spot it was last week and they did not pick up. I called and was told my trash wasn't out, when I disagreed I was called a liar and hung up on. When I called back I requested a manager and I got Heather. She told me "Stop lying, your trash wasn't out and you know it wasn't" excuse me? My trash was out and was put out about 1am Monday morning. I waited a little and called back to be told Heather canceled my service without my knowledge or okay. Which is fine but to do it without my knowledge. Don't waste your time or money with this awful company

they didn't pick up my trash monday august 17 2015 even though they did get the woman's across the street and the one 2 doors down on my side of the street. i always put my trash out sunday night before it gets dark. i have called monday afternoon, tuesday afternoon and today wedesday but my trash is still here. tried to talk to someone in charge but no one there and they don;t call anyone. with it being august it is hot and the trash is smelling.

I used to bragg about these folks. They take anything and free yard waste service. Boy was i wrong there yard waste service is a joke! They charge you, with overpriced yard bags, thats how you pay for the service, very very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! Just goes to show everyone screws u 1 way or another!!!

Terrible. Once again they did not pick up my 1 trash can. If you call the customer service they just say there is nothing they can do. Service has gotten a lot worse in the last 6 months. After over 20 years I've had it and leaving them.

I have been with them for quite a few years and never missed a payment. I used my own trash can and recently ordered a new one from them. They delivered one that was falling apart and much worse than my old one. A new one still on the truck was to be delivered to a new customer. Use at your own risk because they care nothing for long time customers.

I have been using AAA for a big project we are working on...They have been very easy to work with...multiple Dumpsters delivered quickly.Thank you, Restoremasters LLC.

BBB gives them an F! Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I paid for two months service in advance and they skipped my house three times! When i called to complain, i was told "So!" Shameful people running this company. Was also told i couldn't have a refund. Taking money for a service you fail to provide is consumer fraud! I've reported them to the Missouri Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division. If they rip you off, i suggest you do the same. It's a simple online form. Hold these crooks accountable.

Too many problems to list since 2000. Took over a year to get a damaged can replaced. The other day they came up my 550' driveway past the no tresspass sign and took one of my cans without knocking on the door, leaving a note or even calling first. I may prosecute due to the horrible service I recieved when I called.

Horrible Customer Service, we have now been waiting on a Trash Can to be delivered for 4 weeks and i call weekly and they said MAYBE next week. I got a Bill and called and said i am not paying for Oct and they are rude and say well haven't you been sitting your trash out by the curb every week?? I said no was never told we could and don't want to with all the animals around. She then said WELL let me confirm that with the driver as i was lying about it.. grrr this company really needs new people working in the office and 4 weeks to get a can?? maybe they shouldn't service this area as they say they are never out here. I have now switched to heartland waste and they will have me a Trash Can first thing Monday Morning.

My experience with Triple A has been great. Had a heavy bbq grill on back porch and with no hesitation the driver with his helper carried to street with a smile. Of coarse I tipped them well as they deserved it. We have had no missed pickups in several years of using triple A. They charge about a third of what we were paying Deffenbaugh and provide friendlier service. The internet is very unfair as just a handful of people can trash a good company with no liability. M. They dont pick up your trash some time and when you call to get help they hang up on you.

I've had their service for five years and every winter I swear I am going to cancel them but then I don't. They don't respond when you have a complaint and getting them to pickup garbage where there is precipitation in the air or Heaven forbid a Holiday that month... well you might as well forget it. The only thing good I can say is that the sanitation employees that pick up your garbage do a good job at that and never leave anything behind. I am cancelling them finally and moving onto Town and Country. I hear their service is awesome and they are very dependable rain or shine and actually make up the days they miss due to Holidays without skipping you altogether yet still charging you for those days.
