Very friendly business, very helpful. I called several times and asked several questions. I was always given poliet customer service. I went into the store to look at several items, before actually purchasing what I wanted, again very friendly and knowledgable CS. When I found a mower at a yard sale, i couple not pass it up, went straight to fettys and not only did they look at it, he also comes and picks it up when it is time for service.

I didn't buy my Simplicity from Fettys I purchased it at a estate sale , when I took it for service they were very rude and told me that they take care of regular customers first, I waited almost 3 weeks to get my tractor back, and will find another place to do my business, I guess my money isn't as good as his other customers.
