I paid big money for being treated unprofessionally. I came early and waited for an appointment with Michelle. When my time was up the receptionist told me that I can go to the chair only to find Michelle seating in the chair, having her hair done by another girl and asking me to seat down on the couch next to the chair and wait when she was finished!!! When she saw the puzzle on my face the princess frowned, got up and finally started doing her job. Imagine how I felt when I was thinking that I always tipped her $40! After she colored my hair her daughter showed me area at the back where I can dry my own hair. A drier was not there so the girl went to get one as I stood there I noticed how dirty was the area and thought that there is no way I am drying my hair here. Plus I felt that drying my own hair in the Main Line salon for the money I paid was ridiculous, so I left. When I got home my shirt was soaked in the color that was dripping from my improperly rinsed hair.
