A year ago I would have rated the Institute 5 stars but after a horrible--and scarring experience from Dr. Capriotti--I would give them 0 (even 1 star is way too high).

I went to Capriotti with a simple injection for a cyst--she injected it and I went home with a huge red blotch all around the cyst area. Over two months later I have a huge indent and red mark which make me very self-conscious (yes, it is very noticeable). I confronted BMSCI about it and they keep giving me the run around that I need to "wait" for any treatments to help it. I saw another derm who confirmed that the cyst was injected way too much causing skin loss and scarring. I wam currently seeking legal aid and, hopefully, I can keep others from suffering the way I have. PLEASE THINK TWICE when getting any cyst injections by Capriotti--you may end up scarred like me!
