We have been customers of theirs for years. They have fantastic service and great merchandise. It they don't have it, they can make it.

I heard about Robby's store for when I was going to scour the town for the perfect ring for Sarah (engagement). The Jewelry Store was one of the first I went in to and honestly it was the best one on many fronts. Not only was I treated more than respectfully, but I was also given a consideration that I was not at any other store. Other places did not seem to understand what I meant when I said "No more than _____ amount." Many also gave me the feeling they were far more interested in getting the sale than making me happy.



Robby went to great lengths to provide me with the perfect ring. To be clear, I'm not a rich man. I had a set budget, and Robby worked WITH me. The man can really make anything you want. Master at work. He even re-sized the ring in about 15 minutes while we waited and stayed after closing hours to make sure we were happy. The Jewelry Store was above and beyond what I expected to get in service. I've already handed out three cards to other women I know are planning/expecting their rings in the near future. His wife was also very sweet and modeled the ring for me when taking a picture for reference. Their 30+ years in the business really shows. I consider a respectful and generous jewelry store more rare and priceless then the jewels they sell.



Also, if you are looking for some pretty great paintings the walls are decorated with some of his son's work. Pretty impressive.



I very much plan to return in the future for other things when the time comes.

These are very sweet people who do what they say they will do. Excellent service and good quality repairs.
