I dropped off my computer on 5/5/11 and Ram called me on 5/9 to tell me what they found. They said it was working properly and they would show me that when I went in to pick it up. I went in today on 5/10 to pick it up and they said, Oh we can't show it to you because there is a class going on back there but it is working fine. I paid them, took it home and it is not working at all. Same problem as when I dropped it off!

My computer had major problems... brought it to RaM Online and got it back the next day running BETTER than when it was new! I have since been back with another computer and will return to them with all my PC problems. I HIGHLY recommend them!
