I've been going to Penny's for years, for their wide variety of candy and baking goods. I am always able to find everything I need for any chocolate/candy project I have. THANK YOU!

Penny sweet supplies is filled with employers that are warm and happy to help anyone that needs it. They are very knowledgeable and professional at what they do. They have top of the line manners and are always very respectful and courteous. The only way one would have a problem there is if they can't comprehend the food return policies SET BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. I ask you all to completely disregard the other rude review because the individual obviously has problems understanding rules. Ask anyone else and they will say how much they love Penny and the rest of the crew!

The owner of this store is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met in my life. She refused to let me return an item that an employee assured me I would be able to return if I changed my mind, and then basically called me a liar to my face in front of other people shopping in her store. Horrible customer service, I will never shop there again!! My advice to someone looking for a candy/cake supply shop....go somewhere else where the owner values and has respect for the people keeping her buisness going.
