I have been at Kisner's American Karate for around 5 months or so now and just recently EARNED my yellow belt. It was one of the most difficult and rewarding things I have ever done! The instructors are wonderful people both on and off the mats and the school has become like a second home to me and they are with out a doubt my second family. The quality of the training is absolutely amazing, you aren't forced to do things you aren't physically able to too but you are challenged and pushed to do everything that you can do.
