Took car and was told front brakes and calipers needed replaced. When I picked up car that night and went into rush hour traffic on 303....I had no brakes, I called them and took back to be told they had to keep overnight. At that time and at the time I picked up my car, I not told the problem as I got no bill. Turns out I also needed the master cylinder replaced!! Anybody see a problem here?? I would have thought a test drive by them would have alerted them to a problem. Obviously that was not done.

I will never go back to Judd,s nor recommend them for two reasons:

1. If I had driven that car and had an accident AND survived...judd's would have been responsible for their negligence in making my car road worthy.

2. At NO time did I receive an explanation or apology when I picked up the car. The gentleman at the counter had as much personality as a wall. And sir if you are the owner poor...very poor interaction with a person who just paid $280 for inadequate repairs.

After checking with other muffler shops in the area, i found jud's to be 1/3 the price. I am totally happy with my exhaust system, fast service, super price. I am recommending to everyone I know!!!
