I made a deposit 3 months before I moved in. After I moved in, the heat/AC did not work. In fact, it was red tagged by the gas company. I had no heat for days. The tub drained extremely slowly, the disposal did not work at all and had to be replaced. There was black mold in the closet with the furnace, also in the bedroom closet and outside of it. It took them over a month to finally just come and paint over the mold. Sherry in the office said it was "clean water mold" OK. Maintenance will come into your apartment without your knowledge and the only way you'll know they were there is because they leave all their stuff behind. The girls in the office are rude beyond belief, especially when you have issues and complain to them. Sherry told me I just like to complain and that I am a miserable person. Nice, right? I complain because these apartments are HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING. The hallways and laundry rooms are filthy. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
