Provided by YP.comI had the same experience as Yp U. I filled a case with the Akron Ohio BBB: http://www.bbb.org/akron/ . I recommend anyone else who has been ripped off by this guy to do the same. I'm also filling a claim with the Medina Small Claims court. http://www.medinamunicipalcourt.org/pdf/small_claims.pdf

He is running other company Capretta's property management through which many people were scammed. His Wife from Cipriani's restaurant, Medina, assists him.
No proper address for his business anywhere.
Dont fall into this trap. He also runs with phone number 330-350-1934 and name is Robert McKinney III
