What a blessing to have folks who actually know what they're doing and care about customer satisfaction! No fluff; just men who are competent and personable...in assessments and repairs, at rates that are fair to all involved. Our mower runs like it did when it was new. Thank you all at Bob's! (Suggestion to customers: listen, and maybe jot down a few notes when you talk to them. They're fun AND are very savvy about their business.)

I first learned of Bob from a buddy who told me there wasn't much Bob couldn't fix and that he would come directly to me. My first job for Bob was to fix my 2004 Craftsman riding lawn mower. He handled that without a problem....and while he was there tuned up my OLD walk behind mower.



In about November I called him to see if he had any snow blowers that he could sell me used. He did. He delivered the snow blower and gave me some basic instructions. About a month later the snow blower was having some minor problems (turned about to be a belt that had broke). Bob came out and fixed the snow blower and even did my drive for me (as I was out of town and my wife was home alone w/ the kids)!



Bob is a good guy and an excellent mechanic! I would highly advise anyone to use Bob and give the business to a small guy. Besides where else will you find an experienced, honest and fair mechanic that will show up to your home or place of business w/ a full bus full of parts and repair equipment??
