The doctor is fine however, I can't say the same for the staff. The front desk was unable to verify benefits during our visit. We have Cigna health provider with a $20 co-pay .We were told we would be charge full rate for the visit and that benefits would be verified the next day and credit given back to the credit card. Eight days later, my credit card was charged in full. When the front office was contacted they said "you must of misunderstood" we send the bill to the insurance and once they pay us, then we will issue you the credit. This speaks loud to the lack of responsibility and inefficiency from these people. Dr. Patino, I like you as a Dr. but your staff is not trustworthy. Sorry to leave but time to find honest, trustworthy Dr. office.
