I'm extremely disappointed in the staff both night and day at Brownsville, TN. Last night upon our arrival......a cat followed us and sat outside our room and meowed....we let the attendant know and she stated "what do you want me to do about it".......the cat meowed all night long and had made packing up our car almost impossible this morning and again the morning attendant states "there is nothing I can do about it".......this is unacceptable. We can't take this cat but would think if there is a problem that is distributing the guest then I hope something would be done to fix the problem......we were told to contact the general manager who isn't working today......this has been a completely horrible stay.
