I had my vehicles repaired at The Collision Shop three times. All three times I was very pleased with the service I received. My vehicles were repaired in a timely manner, and my vehicles looked like new when completed. If the need should arise for my vehicles to require body work, I will not hesitate to return to The Collision Shop for my repairs. Stephanie R.

This is the third vehicle I have had repaired at The Collision Shop, Brownstown- two major repairs, one somewhat minor. A few weeks ago I had a collision requiring repair through my insurance company :(. took the vehicle to this shop and as usual, Lawrence, the manager, immediately got on the phone with Citizens to get the ball rolling for the appraiser to get out and see the damage. Within a day work was commencing. I was also set up with my rental within half an hour. I appreciated his get-to-it ethic, because the whole experience is harrowing enough, and I was thankful for his care and concern. As for the quality of work, I got back the van yesterday, and it is like new! He even fixed a large rust spot unrelated to the accident that I paid him to do independently for a highly reasonable price. My nine year old van looks and rides like I'll be able to keep it for several more years, when before they worked on it, I was embarrased at its looks. Thanks so much, Lawrence and staff at The Collision Shop, who I have already recommended others to for great service and quality work!

Just want to give a big shout out to Lawrence and the staff at the Collision Shop. Took my car in to have some work done and he had me in and out in less time then I expected. He was very nice and friendly and the staff was too. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. Ms. Crystal J

We brought my daughter’s car in The Collision Shop after being stolen and banged up; Lawrence was pleasant to us and knowledgeable of our needs. We were very pleased with the great customer service and professionalism shown to my family from the work to the workers. The car continues to run and look brand new……….

took my truck there to get fixed after being in an accident. Paint color did not match up with the rest of the car, the paint had dirty specs all over it, the back bumper was missing paint. Somehow my windshield was replaced and my roof had work done on it PLUS painted and there was paint missing HOWEVER there was nothing wrong with either of them when i took it in and i did not pay for those things to be fixed. obviously someone damaged my truck while it was in there. Y fix something that wasnt damaged in the first place? Took it back again to have them fix the roof they somehow damaged in the process of fixing and repaint the bumper and I finally got it back 2 weeks later with white overspray ALL OVER my brand new rims and tires AND my interior was trashed with handprints and saw dust and oil and dirt. Terrible place, never gave me an answer as to why they replaced my windshield and did work on my roof when it was fine when i brought it in. Terrible customer service and terrible owner to let cars go out like that. Owner is a liar and a thief and i will NEVER EVER bring my vehicle here again.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!! I went there to get my 2013 Kia fixed, Lawrence the rep there has the nerve to have the person sign a POWER OF ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE INS ck without explaining that to them. He continued to harass the INS company to send the ck when he gets it cashed it then let my car sit for over 3 weeks before repairing it. I get it after a month guess what? THE LIFTGATE LIGHT WONT SHUT OFF the liftgate has a gap that you can fit your fingers all the way to the knuckle! when I said I am not signing the ck till it was fixed right he said Sorry we already cashed it and to bring the car back at a later date to fix right. @@ WHAT? $4000 in repairs and my car is still not right and he never called we had to keep calling to find anything out. WE WILL BE IN COURT I DO NOT TRUST HIM OR HIS SHAM BUSINESS!

Bad customer service, unprofessional owner/operator, unqualified or just plain lazy employees, and bonified scam artist!



I took this business my car because they said they would help with my deductible. After two months and six times of being called to say my vehicle was finished, I am having more problems now than original accident. The owner/operator's name is Lawrence Feegan. He is a big time scam artist. He drives a Lexus but treats you and your car like a chevette. There is no quality control about this place.



You can't trust his work cause he doesn't look at it but will back up the shady work his shop puts out. He runs his business from a cell phone, there is no guarantee when he will be in the office. And you tell him what needs to be fixed, and he will give you all the right answers but will only fix what he thinks needs to be done to pocket the extra cash it will take to do the job right. No one there knows what they are doing sadly to say. I thought I was saving money but I paid for it with a car that will never look like it just came off the plant floor when it was built.

Save your money and sanity, find an honest and trustworthy body shop, I would suggest Roni's Body Shop in Allen Park.

zero customer service. Complete lack of professionalism. Bad quality work. Would not recommend the Woodhaven Collision Shop to anyone.
