Since the sale of Top Shelf Storage to a new owner in 2019 the facility has undergone a complete facelift including several new buildings. The new management will bend over backwards to accommodate you.

Absolutely absurd. Kevin the older gentleman put an ad on Craigslist for a vehicle advertised that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle(VERBATIM). GAVE ME A HARD TIME WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. AFTER BOUGHT 1 HOUR INTO HAVING THE CAR IT STARTED BREAKING DOWN. KEPT TRYING TO RIG UP THE VEHICLE BUT CHECK LIGHT KEPT ALERTING OF THE PROBLEM. HE WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM WILL NOT GIVE MONEY BACK. PLUS HE HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MOUTH. STRAY FROM BROWNSBURG TOWING ALSO KNOWN AS TOP SHELF STORAGE!!

Would not use this business. We stored our camper there. Our camper was being serviced for a few weeks. When we went to return our camper to our site our site had been taken. We were also up to date on our rent, so our site should of been waiting on us. We called the older gentleman about the situation, and he hung up on my husband. Then we read the review from 7/2013 and decided to take our camper somewhere else.

Unstable office personality! Avoid the office or take your business elsewhere.



We witnessed an assault here while waiting to pick up our panel truck. The older gentleman in the office just snapped when another couple questioned him about price., shoved the renter out of the office and came out a second time threatening him with a blunt weapon. The police told us he has done this kind of thing before.



Our short jaunt to pick up a rental truck turned into two hours waiting just off the property, and then making a statement to police.



The guy was wielding a hammer handle and yelling not three feet from my young son. Unacceptable! Go anywhere else!

Exceptional experience throught the entire process. From the first contact, we were provided detailed information, that was backed up by the facilities, which were clean and easily accessable. It was a wonderful experience. We can access our items as needed and each visit is recorded and I feel very secure leaving my belongings at Top Shelf Storage. The convenience is a plus too.
