NO Stars!!! This company needs to write the instructions on their alterations and also on customer copies also. Because we asked specifically 2 inches off the waist and the lady takes 2 inches off the length. When we call to tell her she says that's not what anyone told her, so she really is saying we are liars. Instead of making it right and fixing the mistake we are less then 24 hours away from the formal and it's ruined. This is not a place I'll recommend to anyone.
